Each eligible player may maintain one (1) registered account on jiji99. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited. If jiji99 identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all accounts will be closed, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and jiji99 reserves the right to retain winnings generated through accounts found to be in breach of this rule pending investigation.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes. jiji99 will rely on the information provided in your account profile for all communications and for KYC verification purposes.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiji99 account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jiji99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify jiji99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Account Ownership

Your jiji99 account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights attached to it to any other party. jiji99 reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably believes has been transferred or is being operated by a person other than the registered account holder.

jiji99 is required under Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations and PAGCOR's licensing conditions to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification is also required before jiji99 can release certain promotions or approve enhanced account limits.

Accepted Philippine government-issued identity documents for KYC purposes include:

6.1 Deposit Processing

Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed during Philippine Banking Hours and typically credit within 30 minutes during business hours. jiji99 does not accept deposits made in cash, cryptocurrency, or via international wire transfer.

6.2 Deposit Restrictions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jiji99 does not accept deposits from credit cards or credit facilities of any kind.
• jiji99 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
• Deposits made with the intention of obtaining a promotional bonus and subsequently reversing the deposit constitute bonus abuse and are prohibited under Clause 10.

Withdrawal of Real Money Balance from your jiji99 account is subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• KYC identity verification has been completed and approved;
• The Real Money Balance requested for withdrawal is free of any active wagering requirements or pending bonus conditions;
• The withdrawal amount meets jiji99's minimum withdrawal threshold of ₱500;
• The withdrawal method matches the deposit method used for the funds being withdrawn;
• No fraud, AML, or compliance investigation is pending on your account.

7.1 Processing Times

GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 30 minutes during Philippine Banking Hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside Philippine Banking Hours will be queued and processed on the next business day.

7.2 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of ₱100,000. VIP tier accounts are subject to enhanced limits as specified in the VIP programme terms. jiji99 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments and to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ₱50,000.

7.3 Return to Source Policy

8.1 Wagering Requirements

8.2 Bonus Validity Period

All jiji99 bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not been converted to Real Money Balance through completion of wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically. Expiry dates are communicated at the time of bonus credit.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

9.1 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game failure, or disconnection during a game round, jiji99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the state of the game round at the time of failure and to credit or void the round in a manner consistent with the game's rules. jiji99's decision on malfunction resolutions is final. No claim for compensation will be accepted based on a player's subjective expectation of a game outcome that was not completed due to a technical failure.

9.2 Disputed Transactions

If you believe a game transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify jiji99 support within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. jiji99 will review transaction logs and game server records and provide a written determination within 14 business days.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiji99 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false age declarations;
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name, under an alias, or through a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jiji99's games, lobby, or cashier;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, payment reversal fraud, or identity fraud;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or achieve unfair advantage;

• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as defined in Clause 8.3;
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise jiji99's systems, games, or security infrastructure;
• Accessing jiji99 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Acting in a threatening, abusive, or harassing manner toward jiji99 staff or other players via any communication channel.

jiji99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct involves criminal activity, jiji99 will report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities, including the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council).

All content on jiji99.vip — including but not limited to the jiji99 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of jiji99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jiji99's platform for personal gaming purposes only. No rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jiji99 content are granted. Any unauthorised use of jiji99's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji99's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiji99 shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected winnings;
• Loss of gaming opportunity or winnings arising from platform downtime or technical maintenance;
• Losses arising from a player's breach of these Terms;
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays outside jiji99's direct control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by player failure to maintain credential security;
• Any indirect, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

jiji99 does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

jiji99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct;
• Compliance with a request or requirement from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Identified match or overlap with a self-exclusion list;
• Identified breach of the minimum age requirement.

A player whose account is suspended pending investigation may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds) after the investigation is completed, subject to the outcome of that investigation. Where an account is closed for verified Terms breach, jiji99 reserves the right to withhold balances pending AMLA compliance review or pending assessment of amounts owed to jiji99 arising from the breach.

15.1 Voluntary Closure

A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jiji99 support. Upon voluntary closure, the player's Real Money Balance will be returned to their verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16.1 Dispute Resolution Process

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, players are required to follow jiji99's internal dispute resolution process:

• Step 1: Submit a written complaint to jiji99 support via the official support channel, with full details of the dispute and the resolution sought;
• Step 2: jiji99 will provide a written response within 14 business days of receiving the complaint;
• Step 3: If the player is not satisfied with jiji99's response, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaints process under PAGCOR's applicable online gaming regulations.

jiji99's decisions on purely technical matters (game outcomes, RNG results, malfunction resolutions) are final and not subject to external review unless there is clear evidence of system error documented by jiji99's technical team.

jiji99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the following notification requirements:

• For material amendments (those that materially affect player rights or obligations), jiji99 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the player's registered mobile number or email address before the amendment takes effect;
